Same Confortotal box, plus Copper Run on the wall: measure, permit where required, pad or bracket, line set, vacuum, drain, startup, registration help. The $1,000 is standard single-zone hang labor. Unit price is the pickup number. 220V electrical is not included — new circuit, disconnect, outdoor whip, and panel work are separate (your electrician or an adder).

Optional install labor is $1,000 for a standard single-zone hang — add it once under the 3-ton row (not per unit row). Assumes reachable wall, gravity drain, line set inside published length. 220V electrical is not included (new 220V circuit, disconnect, outdoor whip, panel upgrade). 115V wall-plug units that already have a dedicated indoor outlet usually need no outdoor 220V run. Extra copper, condensate pumps, and second-story scaffolding are adders.
