Most of town is Middle Tennessee Electric. Edges can be Duck River. TVA EnergyRight runs through the logo on your bill and a QCN contractor.
Neighborhoods
Several Spring Hill HOAs want the outdoor unit placed on paper before the city permit. Send the plat with the photo.
The climate
Humid Zone 3A. Long cool season. Short heat snaps. A standard mini-split heat pump covers almost every winter night here if it is sized and charged. Hyper-heat is optional, not required, for most 37174 rooms.
