What we hang
If you need full-service AC repair, a package unit, or a furnace, contact Eskimo Brothers Air Conditioning at 931-682-6969. If you need a mini-split head in a bonus room, a shop, or an old house that was never ducted right — that ticket is ours.
One condenser. One head. Garage shops, master suites, sunrooms, the room over the garage that cooks from May to September.
One outdoor unit feeding two to five heads. Ranch additions and older Columbia / Santa Fe houses where new trunk lines would wreck the plaster.
Confortotal value-tier heat pumps on the truck. Cool, heat, dry, fan. Buy the crate and haul it, or buy it and we hang it. Brand sheet.
Two options
Same Confortotal system either way. You choose: pick up the unit yourself, or have us install it.
Equipment-only. Pay wholesale / pickup. Pick up the unit at Center Star Road. No install required.
Same box plus permit where required, vacuum, drain, and startup. Install labor $1,000 (equipment separate). 220V electrical not included.
115V wall-plug units
These Confortotal systems take power from a dedicated indoor wall plug / outlet. The outdoor condenser does not need its own 230V circuit pulled to the pad; the whole system is fed from that indoor outlet. That is a real install cost cut for bonus rooms and shops that already have a clean circuit nearby.
Power lands at the indoor head on a grounded 115V outlet. Line set and control wire still go outside — power does not.
Confortotal’s 12,000 BTU 115V listing draws about 9.1A cool / 9.2A heat (~1,040W). Plan a dedicated grounded 15A circuit — not a shared bedroom outlet with a fridge and space heater.
Always match the crate’s MCA / breaker label before you hang. Bigger 220V Confortotal units are different — those need a proper outdoor circuit. Ask Marty which SKU is on the truck.
The run
A cheap condenser is not an installed system. Tennessee summers punish a sloppy flare, so we do every step to spec.
Glass, ceiling height, how you use the space — then whether the panel can take a dedicated circuit.
Indoor unit high, drain planned, outdoor unit on a pad or bracket with real clearance. Not in the boxwoods.
New ductless needs a mechanical permit in Spring Hill, Williamson, Columbia, and Franklin. Maury County does not require one for this work. Where a permit is needed, we pull it.
Flare. Evacuate. Additional charge if the run is longer than the factory precharge. Not “hooked up and hoped.”
Towns
Same approach in every town. We price the wall, the run, and the circuit — not your ZIP.
